Shangri-La Hotel, Vancouver’s function facilities are ideally suited for executive and social functions, accommodating 20 - 100 guests.
Each of the three elegantly appointed rooms has been carefully named after a main character from James Hilton’s enchanting novel Lost Horizon. The largest room, the Conway Room, seats 80 dinner style (100 for a stand-up cocktails); the Mallinson Room seats 30 for dinner (40 for stand-up cocktails) and the Barnard Room seats 20 for dinner (20 for stand-up cocktails).
In addition to the function rooms, the hotel has it’s own library with fireplace, seating 20 - suitable for coffee breaks and a high-level Theatre/Screening Room (the Blue Moon Theatre) - seating 40. The lovely outdoor canopied terrace features water and mountain views - seating 60 for dinner (100 for stand-up cocktails).
Natural light through full sized windows, advanced presentation technology and a Business Centre with a Meetings Concierge will ensure both meetings and social events and delivered with stylish efficiency.
Two private dining rooms within the feature restaurant - seating 10 - 12 guests each are also available. The hotel restaurant may also be booked for 60+ guests either indoors, or on the outdoor patio in season.
