  2. Rental is subject to advance deposit of 6-mothns rental for a minimum of 1 year contracted agreement. Separate deposit is required for signing privileges with the hotel.
  3. In event of short stay less than 1-year duration, pre-termination of rental is not allowed.
  4. The monthly rate is subject to 11% government tax and 10% service charge.
