Terms & Conditions
  1. Advance book and pre-payment are required upon check-in.
  2. The Long Stay package is based on uninterrupted stay of 14 or 30 nights respectively.
  3. In event, that the stay falls short of 14 or 30 nights, the room rate will be retroactive to the corporate rate or promotional rate, whichever available.
  4. A minimal surcharge of USD 10 per room per night, inclusive of breakfast for second adult person in the room applies.
  5. All rates quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 11% government tax.
