The buffet features a selection of savoury and sweet items with an Asian and European theme alternating weekly.  All time Asian favourites such as dim sum, Japanese sushi and rolls, Thai, Vietnamese, Korean and Indian savouries, Chinese sweet soups and South-East Asian desserts are available on the buffet line-up.  For the European-themed buffet, guests can look forward to imported cheeses, a selection of salad items, hot Italian, Greek, British, Spanish and French savouries, gourmet chocolate and truffles, a variety of cup cakes and desserts.

Don't miss the action at the special live cooking station specially set up for soba noodles and cheese cooked by the skilful chefs for the respective Asian and European theme.

Guests can enjoy an endless flow of freshly squeezed fruit juices from the juice bar.

The supper buffet is available every Friday, Saturday and evening before a public holiday from now until 30 August 2008 from 9pm to midnight, with live entertainment provided by the in-house band.
