Born in Germany and having worked several years in France, Chef Bernhard Lermann’s creative and innovative menu reflects his vast experience in working alongside Europe’s most renowned chefs, such as Georges Blanc, Jean Frederic Edel and Joerg Muller, all highly acclaimed by the prestigious Michelin Guide.
Whilst Bernhard’s menu retains the Asian and Australian touches which have distinguished Aria’s reputation over the years, he now adds his own distinctive stamp on the restaurant’s kitchen, calling his cuisine “new French, modern European.”
