After five and a half months of renovation, the new-fashioned Summer Palace re-opens with a subtly glamorous new look and a stylish new twist to its bite-sized Saterday and Sunday dim sum delights.
Look forward to the much-anticipated return of Guangdong dim sum chef Wu Wenquan’s classic favourites and Cantonese master chef Stanley Yuen’s specialities. In addition, welcome the stylish new addition of light, fragrant dim sum created by new Huaiyang master Chef Xin Qing Hou.
